1. First we assess your situation—your site, your costs, and your concerns.  
2. Then we develop a proposal for a solution—consulting and training, or an onsite or offsite clinic with the appropriate services. The proposal includes our up-front cost for construction, staffing, training, etc. and our ongoing annual fee. 
3. Once you give us the go ahead, we use your existing facility to set up the clinic or manage the construction of new facility.  
4. Finally, we provide staff and equipment to effectively run your clinic.
5. And don’t forget, we’re your partner. We continue to monitor your healthcare costs and operation for the life of the clinic.
